R-Pharma is recruiting for a Medical advertising representative (medicines, para-medicines, and medical devices) on behalf of a new expanding medical technology company that’s committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people in Libya (and neighboring countries soon).

They are looking for a highly motivated and talented Territory persons to join their successful team to work.

The ideal candidate for a Medical advertising  representative position will have:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical sector (physician, Pharmacist, dentist, etc…) required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• At least an experience in the same sector.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Perform a sales analysis of all customers for segmentation purposes and identify potential opportunities.

– Plan and implement sequential calling process to build strong customer relationships.

– Communicate product information to healthcare professionals to generate sales through prescriptions and increased dispensing of products through pharmacies in line with agreed product strategies.

– Plan and coordinate appropriate CPD (continuous professional development) based meetings in alignment with company and product strategies.

– Continually enhance and update own knowledge of products and disease areas.

– Provide ongoing feedback on sales strategies and information from the field to the Supervisor.

– Well representing the company image by sticking to it’s policy and collaborate with other company’s departments members.
