HSE Officer

We are Rigmar for Oil & Technical Services based in Tripoli – Ben Ashour, looking for HSE Officer, and he should be high skilled and able to perform all the below duties and tasks:

Purpose:

• He is responsible for all site safety activities.
• Focal Point for contractor safety issues related to Contractor’s employees.
• He is responsible for the reliability and integrity of all safety equipment.
• He is responsible for all preventive maintenance on safety equipment on

  board, ensure the follow-up and highlight all deviation with company’s

  procedures.

• To help the management to have a prompt vision of the HSE activities

  and performances in the various locations.

• Support to HSE training activities, carry out HSE visits to the different

  Locations.

• Check all routine order to bring to operation HSE experience.
• Audit review/report PTW / Policies Standards and Procedures
• Risk identification/ Participation of Job risk assessment

Specific Tasks:

• He is the HSE Authority for the Work Permit System.
• As work permits coordinator he:

– Checks the preparation including the complement permits.

– update work permit register.

– He conducts a daily coordination Work permit meeting.

• Primary HLO during helicopter operations .
• On board training and drills.
• Record inside CATS registers the anomalies and action follow-up
• HSE monthly meeting agenda per department.
• Weekly living quarter inspections.
• Safety equipment maintenance level 1.
• Gas measurement prior enclosed space entry (first entry).
• Procurement of all safety material.
• Helpful check and follow-up.
• SCBA refill and maintenance.
• Coxswain of starboard side lifeboat.

Experience:

had more than 10 years of experience in HSE field.
