POSITION TITLE:                              Warehouse Assistant

REPORT TO:                                      Warehouse Supervisor

POSITION CONCEPT:

Assist in the parts warehouse activities including receiving and delivering parts and maintaining records.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Store all stock promptly and safely following Policies and
2. Support counter staff with the execution of their duties as
3. Support and supply van salesmen with their requirements on a timely basis and update records
4. Maintain the warehouse in a clean, neat, and well-maintained
5. Conform to the professional safety and security standards and report any unsafe situation in writing to the manager immediately upon
6. Report any out-of-line situation to the manager and provide adequate details to assist the manager in taking corrective actions.
