TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Support to Managing Director in the day-to-day basis
  • Provide Administrative Assistance, including but not limited to:
  • Filing, scanning, faxing, composing correspondences, data entry, making travel
  • Organizing meetings is another task they may perform by scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing any materials needed.
  • Prepare the Accounting Book entry for the Company
  • Answer phones calls, create reports, maintain records, and conduct research as
  • Work with both internal staff and external clients and suppliers to provide any administrative support they might need.
  • Deal with other Technical Assistants of the Group’s companies in other

Work Experience and Requirements:
