TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support to Managing Director in the day-to-day basis
- Provide Administrative Assistance, including but not limited to:
- Filing, scanning, faxing, composing correspondences, data entry, making travel
- Organizing meetings is another task they may perform by scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing any materials needed.
- Prepare the Accounting Book entry for the Company
- Answer phones calls, create reports, maintain records, and conduct research as
- Work with both internal staff and external clients and suppliers to provide any administrative support they might need.
- Deal with other Technical Assistants of the Group’s companies in other

Work Experience and Requirements:
