- Position: Showroom Salesperson – Wadi Eram
- Location: Benghazi.
- Reporting to: Showroom Supervisor
- Contract: As per the Libyan law.
- Tax & Social security: As per the Libyan law.
Brief Description:
The Showroom Salesperson, is responsible for sales, greeting customers, and promoting all Changan cars and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving his/her monthly sales targets. He/she will coordinate with other departments to ensure a perfect customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all terms and prices of products display clearly at the showroom and ensure attach promotional offers for each product, verify that all products are shown in showroom.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products (Vehicles) found in the showroom.
- Display and sell to customers the Changan products and services and identify their needs.
- Provide manual Proforma invoices for potential showroom clients upon request.
- Assist customers with returns/refunds or replacements in coordination with the Operation Department.
- Keep the showroom clean and neat as per Changan international standards.
- Answer and follow up on customer enquiries with respect to product specifications and prices.
- Prepare drafts to specific offers for the company’s products.
- Calculate price discounts and prepare Proforma invoices.
- Stamp or mark the prices of Proforma invoices as required.
- Prepare and send periodic reports as instructed.
- Comply professionally to the tasks and duties as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor & Department Manager

- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Possess excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job
- Possess communication skills and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship with others.
- Experience with process improvement
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school degree or secondary certificate equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field of Sales
- Fluently speak, read and write Arabic and English
