Job Description - Title:
- Sales Assistant – Libya & Tunisia
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Organize, plan and implement strategies with Distributors, to make monthly targeted sales.
- Discuss and follow-up opportunities with new models launching, promotions, marketing activities with distributors to improve Sales.
- Coordinate market visits to check out competitors dealer price and market demand share in Libya.
- Handle daily operations including internal company SCM. PSI, Price Analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the news of home appliances electronics in Libya market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with Libyan distributors and dealers, of the company.
- Qualifications Personal Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Entry level years of experience in Sales
- Entry level experience in people’s Management
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Intermediate English speaking and writing.
- Good teamwork and Leadership skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Advanced level of Microsoft office Suite.
- Business Challenge:
Expected to drive sales in accordance to the projected sales forecasts. And aware of market trends and demographics and expected to maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers by directing collaborative sales efforts in an efficient manner.
