Job Description
- Initiate and promote all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified with the company or project quality system
- Implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the projects.
- Support the QAQC Coordinator to plan and supervise the project Quality Control (QC) activities.
- Report to the Quality Manager Project information .
- Maintain all the Collected weekly activities reports and monthly Quality Site Activities Reports .
- Prepare and submit Monthly Company Quality Activities Report to the Quality Manager .
- Support The Quality Manager In The Management Of Lesson Learned.
Activities:
- Provide the necessary back-up to the Quality Manager regarding contractual issues relating in particular to Quality both during tender and project execution phase
- Support the Quality Manager for the following activities:
- Draw up the Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards.
- Liaise with Clients about Quality matters.
- Assess the suitability of Vendors and Sub-contractors for individual projects.
- Interface with organization in charge for inspection and control activities.
- Perform internal and external Project Audits.
- Assess the Quality Plans of Sub-contractors and identify any necessary corrective measure.
- Provide Office and Project personnel with the necessary Quality training
- Update internal department database with all the information (Corrective Action Request-CAR, Non Conformity-NC, etc.)
- coming from the office , project and the site and prepare annual statistical analysis
- Monitor the adequate close-out of Non Conformities.
Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or industrial engineering .
- High Diploma in Mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Internal Auditor as per ISO 9001:2015
Experience:
2 years of Experience as a Quality Engineer in the engineering Oil and Gas field .
