Job Description
- Adhere to Children Safeguarding Policy, PSEA Policy, code of conduct, and report concerns.
- Raise awareness of the affected communities about the safeguarding system and how to report concerns
- Basic and specialised counselling to refugees, asylum seekers and irregular migrants in Western Libya currently hosted at UNHCR Shelter;
- Design of individual holistic rehabilitation plans, including follow-up sessions for cases;
- Develop and carry out collection and interpretation of field data reports for cases;
- Provision of focused support to PoCs through group activities, targeting children, adolescents and adults, women and girls hosted at shelter;
- Represent CESVI in a professional manner in meetings and ensure good cooperation with local partners and other relevant actors;
- Closely coordinate with CESVI staff in the Shelter and participate in regular meetings with partners and other stakeholders;
- Submit weekly/monthly activity reports to CESVI management on the progress of psychosocial activities;
- Fulfil any other additional task requested by the Shelter coordinator or other authorizing personnel.

Job Requirements
- University degree in psychology.
- Preferable 2-3 years of work experience were
- experience in working with UN or Non‐
- Governmental organizations can be seen as a strong asset
- Experience in handling cases is an asset.
- Trainings in child protection and/or GBV minimum standards and gender mainstreaming are an asset.
- Previous experience of work with migrant and refugee communities is an asset.
- Good understanding of Protection Principles and Case Management standards
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferable.
- Good communication skills and ability to conduct training and awareness campaigns
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft packages.
- Good organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
