Work Location: Libya ( Local travel to various worksites is required )

Report to :Head of PMO

Department: PMO

The Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Telecom or Computer science

Minimum of 4 years experience in Telecom field

Outdoor (field) Telecom experience is an advantage

Leadership

Strong work ethic and dependable

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Able to prepare technical reports

Fluent Arabic & Advanced English level

Communication skills and advanced email user

Analytic thinking

Organized and able to meet deadlines

Team work with positive attitude

Time management

Work under pressure

Understands basics of cost control
