Job Description
- Monitor teams processes to make sure they uphold HSE and Quality standard.
- hazard identification and risk management.
- Discuss quality-related issues with the production team.
- Act as the line manager for the direct report and coaching to pursue quality improvement in their work at all times.
- Coordinate Plan with supervisor
- Make sure to uphold agreed on plans
- Follow up work progress for all operations Day-to-day
- Daily report for work progress
- Follow up with teams and clients as per required
- Keep record of operations work
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bsc degree in IT or management (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer science or IT).
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Telecommunications equipment and Civil Work processors is as Plus
- 1 years of experience in administration, management or telecommunications
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools , have capacity to learn company`s own system
- Be available to follow up work/plan changes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
- Capacity to integrate and implement policies and procedures
- Service minded with proven organizational skills and ability to set priorities and deliver
- Eager to learn and adapt
- Can work independently with minimum supervision, is good at assessing and analyzing
- Good communicator and listener, can express own views and ideas in a synthetic manner
- Ability to work in a team
