Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a Program Director/Program Manager located in Tripoli (LY), to lead a very important transformation project with our main customer and securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relationships at the executive level are handled in the best possible way within the scope and duration of the contract. The selected candidate will lead a dynamic, flexible and program-oriented organization working in an Agile model. Furthermore, leading empowered teams with e2e responsibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
  • Setting the resource Mix Strategy

 

Key Qualifications

  • University Degree, preferably in Engineering and specialized in Telecommunication
  • At least seven (7) years of pertinent experience with three (3) years of related service delivery experience and 3 years of Leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and background in Ericsson’s Digital Services portfolio
  • Collaborative, team-player and able to work across geographies and cultures
  • Able to lead major cultural and operational transformation
  • Strong consultative skills and customer C-Level engagement
  • Passion for innovation, technology and simplification
  • Passion for customer business, service orientation
  • Solid understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems
  • Very good knowledge of Core Network, Packet Switch /Circuit Switch, Cloud and NFVI
  • Financial acuity, strong problem-solving skills, attention to details
  • Project Management Skills
  • Proficiency with the English and Arabic Language

 

Additional Requirements

  • PM certifications (PMI preferred). The CPM is encouraged to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds
  • Project sales process
  • Contract management
  • 3PP suppliers management experience
