Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, preferably with experience in shipping or freight forwarding companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
Manage and optimize logistics, including shipping, inventory, and warehousing.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align operations with business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with shipping and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in operations management, with a preference for experience in shipping or logistics companies.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
