Job Summary
Approach target clients within the assigned territory to promote the company’s products and services according to the company’s strategy. The Employee will be accountable for the overall performance and development of the Lubricants division at Wadi Iram in line with a defined business plan, in charge of Business Development, the strategic relationships with the clients and partners.
Retaining and enhancing business with existing customers by ensuring implementation of the company’s customer service and after-sales service programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general management, administration, development, and control of the Lubricants Division and its related activities.
- Responsible for managing the Lubricant division in the most efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
- Maintaining the continuity and development of the Lubricant business.
- Responsible for decision-making, decision executing, and forwarding planning related to accomplishing the Lubricant division & corporate objectives.
- Responsible for safeguarding the reputation, image, and credibility of the Lubricant division and the group at all times
- Responsible for directing & coordinating the Lubricant division functional units so that their activities are carried out in an integrated manner.
- Responsible for exercising the financial authority within the purview set by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
- Developing broad organizational goals, objectives, and strategies in accordance with the established mandate and corporate vision & mission as agreed by the Executive Committee.
- Responsible for developing accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company’s mission statement.
- Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends, and variances.
- Develop and maintain strong communications with all stakeholders and customers to ensure all guidelines are met
- Initiate and lead marketing campaigns to develop and generate new business/clients
- Develop a client reporting system
- Implement the latest technology platform to compete effectively in the market.
- Prepare quarterly budgets/targets.
- Prepare Client offers and tender documents.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a related field of Sales.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
