Job Description: This position will be responsible for managing relationships with International IT partner/service providers.

Responsible for ensuring IT support and development is in line with the business.

IT Supervisor should have skill set in the following below area :

1. Window POS Maintenance
2. JPOS Printer (Epson Based receipt Printer)
3. Cash drawer
4. Bar-code Scanner
5. PDF device operation
6. LAN
7. Internet
8. Server maintenance
9. Virtual private Network (VPN)-Open VPN GUI
10. Power Backup (UPS) management of server.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of Retail management system (desirable SAP ERP/SAP Business One /SAP Customer Checkout) .
• Microsoft SQL server database .
• SAP HANA database. Description:
• Develop the local IT team Streamline organization, infrastructure, systems and processes.
• Manage day to day relations with Group IT and ensures alignment/coordination between company on all projects.
• Ensure proper support to users, stores and Retailing.
• Manage infrastructure, network and IT inventory Manage all IT projects, in collaboration with or under supervision from HQ Optimize costs and manage IT budget Implement regular dashboards

Profile: Must have experience managing IT projects and teams for a large retail brand.Bachelors/ Or Master degree in IT is preferred.

Experience delivering IT transformation across Retailing, POS, POS manager View and ERP will be a big bonus
