Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. This role will involve managing our company’s credit card payments, related transactions, and handling sales commission calculations and payments.
Responsibilities
• Recording and Managing Payments for Online Bills and Credit Card-Related Expenses
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, managing credit cards payment method, and reconciling payments with invoices or statements.
• Review and verify old transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Identifying and correcting errors in old transactions, maintaining data integrity, and complying with audit requirements.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of credit card statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Regularly review vendor information for accuracy, and establish clear approval processes for large or unusual payments.
• Administering Sales Commission Calculations and Processing Payments for the Sales Team, ensuring accurate calculation of commissions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Relevant experience in credit card management and reconciliations.
- Relevant experience in accounting software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
