Crew Management Officer

Employment: 03 shifts/ 24h/ flexible

Department: Operations Control Center/ Crew Management
Reports To: Head of Operations Control Center

Duties & Responsibilities

• His responsibilities are to monitor crew rosters and to manage any crew schedule disruptions in compliance with Air Crew Regulations.
• Communication and coordination with crew and different OCC and Flight Operations Department entities represent an important part of his duties.

Requirements

• Management/ IT Educational Background
• At least 03 years experience in Airline Crew management
• Perfect Knowledge of Air Crew Regulation
• Good IT knowledge and skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful and ever changing environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
