Job Summary:

The Delivery Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products or goods to customers on behalf of the company. They are responsible for handling delivery logistics, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Communicate any delays, changes, or issues related to deliveries to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to the delivery process, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update information in the company’s tracking systems or databases.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on delivery status

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluently in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Experience using computers for variety tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
