Summary:
Delta FZ LLE is seeking a skilled and diligent Accountant to join our team in Libya. This role involves managing financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will play a key role in supporting the company’s operations by maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating audits, and generating necessary financial
documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all operations in
- Record all financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial
· Audit Support:
- Assist in preparing for and supporting ChampionX audits of Delta FZ LLE’s books and
- Provide required documentation and explanations to
- Collaborate with the operation manager to ensure all financial aspects of the operations are transparent and auditable.
· Financial Reporting:
- Generate quarterly financial reports detailing account status for existing and prospective accounts.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for ChampionX, detailing revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure all financial reports comply with company policies and regulatory
· Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all financial documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of all official communications and tender submissions in coordination with the operation manager.
- Track and document all financial aspects of the bid preparation and submission
· Coordination and Communication:
- Work closely with the operation manager to ensure financial aspects are accurately reported and documented.
- Provide regular updates to the ChampionX manager regarding financial matters discussed in customer meetings and action items identified.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a
