Operations Control Officer

Employment: 03 shifts/ 24h/ flexible

Department: Operations Control Center/ Operations Control
Reports To: Head of Operations Control Center

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assumes the operational control overall flights during the day of operation and the next 48 hours in order to ensure flight execution is performed in the best conditions of on-time-performance, safety and security.
• Monitors current operations
• Assess and manages disruptions to flight schedule.
• Ensures communication and coordination with flight crews with all operational and non operational entities
• Initiates special procedures as specified in the relevant company manuals.

Requirements

• LY-CAA Flight Dispatcher license (valid)
• At least 05 years experience as an Airline Flight Dispatcher
• Perfect Knowledge of Aviation Operational Regulation
• Good IT knowledge and skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful and ever changing environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
